Rosetatech's smart fire monitoring system with economic feasibility and convenience 1,000 detectors per receiver, 2,000 sensors... Significantly reduce installation costs through wireless connection to all products
Feb 19, 2021, 02:18
In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, technological changes have occurred, and products that incorporate advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) are emerging one after another. In line with this, the smart fire monitoring system that applied the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) developed by Rosetatech Co., Ltd. (CEO Young-jin, Cho) is drawing attention.
Rosetatech has found in 2015, is a company that develops and supplies monitoring systems using IIoT. The company’s main business is monitoring systems such as smart factory, healthcare, and fire.
The system utilizes IIoT to minimize mishandling by detecting heat and smoke that lasts for more than 5 seconds as well as easy installation. Consisting of fire detectors, repeaters, receivers, and automated fire alarms, this system informs building personnel (10 or more) of the fire situation by voice or text, helping to evacuate quickly, and providing information on site conditions, location, and building status to the competent fire department. There is also an advantage of delivering support to enable quick response.
All products such as receivers can be wirelessly connected and installed in any desired place. There is no need to do complicated wired construction, so installation cost and time can be saved.
In particular, this system widened the range of fire detectors by utilizing the ISM (Industrial Scientific and Medical) frequency band. Currently, Rosetatech has developed a technology that can bite up to 2,000 fire detectors per receiver. In the future, it plans to develop products that can connect up to 10,000 units.
"We are currently undergoing type approval for wireless detectors, repeaters, receivers, transmitters, alarm clocks, and visual alarms," said CEO Cho. "We have applied for 10 patents by the end of this year. We plan to conduct an international patent application (PCT) at the same time,” he explained.
