In May, we interviewed the head of sales & marketing team, Heo Jin, of the Korean cooling and heating unit manufacturer, Joongwon.
Q : Hello? Please introduce us to Joongwon Refrigeration and Heating, a manufacturer specializing in cooling and heating units.
A : Hello, this is Heo Jin from Joongwon. Joongwon is a manufacturer that produces industrial air conditioning and cooling and refrigeration equipment. For 26 years since the foundation, Joongwon has contributed to the growth of the refrigerated market by producing efficient, low-noise and high-quality products through continuous efforts, research and development to develop products that meet the needs of the times. Joongwon manufactures and sell a wide range of products suitable for each load by manufacturing cooling units, condensing units and air conditioning coils for refrigeration.
Q : Please tell us what kind of work you do in Joongwon.
A : Yes, I am in charge of domestic and foreign marketing, and domestic sales based on overseas sales. We supply quality sub-material, and we are trying to supply cooling and heating units on time for delivery.
Q : How did you get into this industry? Please tell us about your motive or background to work with a brief biography.
A : I majored in Architecture Engineering and was interested in building equipment and air conditioning. Since joining Joongwon in 2012, I have been making products that are used for direct air conditioning industry.
Q : Have you had any difficulties while working in Joongwon? If so, please tell us one thing you remembered.
A : The challenge I experienced while working in Joongwon is to keep my customers and trust. In other words, it is a commitment to delivery and quality. We confirmed the schedule for the delivery date with the customer and delivered a production request. However, there was a problem with the supply and demand of sub-material to enter the product, and it was in a situation where the delivery date could not be met. In order to overcome the situation, I first gave a report to my boss, and I went to the company to discuss various circumstances with them. It is the case that we have delivered and kept the promise with the customer.
