RoboRobo participates in robot education business to vitalize robot talent Contributing to foster robot talent in Korea

Korea's leading educational robot manufacturer, Roborobo, participated in the “2018 Robot Creativity Education Project” hosted by the Korea Robot Industry Promotion Agency.
This project aims to realize sharing welfare through creative education using robots for socially caring class and children in rural areas who do not have easy access to robots, and is a project of the government to reduce the economic/geographical education gap.
Robot creative education was successfully carried out through 137 regional children's centers nationwide for about 8 months from April to November, and participation in robot competitions was also carried out through the support of implementing organizations.
Together with the Korea Robot Education Contents Association, Roborobo provided robot education, including educational robots, to 45 regional children's centers across the country.
Established in 2000, Roborobo is the number one educational robot company in Korea, and its headquarters is located in Seoul. As the company judged that the coding robot market is expanding significantly due to the activation of coding education worldwide, as well as Korea which started coding education for mandatory, and it is focusing on domestic and foreign markets.
After achieving exports of 3 million dollars in 2016 and exports of 5 million dollars in 2017, Roborobo, which has shown rapid growth, is currently exporting educational robots to 20 overseas countries, centering on China.
Instead of settling for the present, for the company's further development and growth, the company is making its effort to expand overseas markets, such as maintaining partnerships with Georgia State University in the United States.
Educational robots supplied by Roborobo include 'ROMANBO', an educational humanoid robot, 'UARO', a coding robot for infants, 'Coding Story', an educational teaching tool using paper toys compatible with scratch and entry. There are also 'ROBO Kids', a block-type coding teaching robot, and 'ROBO Kit', which enables various coding using PC programs and smart equipment.
